Week2 Day 1

Really worked hard with diet today.

8:30am Protein shake
11:30am 10 Egg white with 1 yolk omlette with tin of tuna
3pm Protein Shake
5:30pm 4 Tuna Sandwiches, packet of crisps, and dollop of cottage cheese
7:45pm 6 Egg white omlette with 1 yolk, dollop of cottage cheese
10pm Dollop of cottage cheese, 2 slices of ham

Did ab routine tonight, and in day did 8 miles, and small workout in gym
